But with our basic plan you get the following bundled features:

• On Demand Remote IT Support 4 hour response time for most requests
• We also have a series of add on modules that you can choose from award winning Antivirus, Back up, Automated Patch management for critical updates etc.

All contracts are managed on a per client/computer basis and are on a yearly contract, but the first month you have a 100% No Quibble Refund if you are not happy and wish to cancel.

All you need to do is add on what you require with the bolt on features.

If you want to manage your IT we give you the tools, or we are just an Online Chat away. But you are free to upgrade to our more HANDS on IT support at ANY TIME with a simple Pro Rata (eg upgrade to the Managed service, you only pay the difference in that period) rate! You are also allowed to change down to a lower plan if it no-longer suits your requirement (or budget). But this is limited to only 3 changes per year with atleast 2 months between each change down depending on your additional options.
